Standard Delivery is $9.95.
Free for orders over $50.
Express Delivery is $14.95.
All orders are sent via Fastway courier most instances.
Sydney Metro - Estimated 1 to 2 business days
Capital Cities and surrounds - Estimated 1 to 3 business days
Regional Areas - Estimated 2 to 6 business days
A ‘door to door’ service is not possible in some locations throughout Australia. (e.g. farms, addresses outside of regional towns, etc.)
Remote areas and WA may take additional days to deliver.
We always try our very best to dispatch your order on time or sooner, unfortunately, sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control. Our sincere apologies.
We strongly suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please provide delivery instructions during checkout (eg: Authority to leave at entrance door, signature required and etc). If no delivery instructions given, by default you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your Australia local post office or Fastway Parcel Connect Agent.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not in any circumstance deliver goods to a PO Box.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking number via email for tracking information. Please ensure you check your email and constantly check delivery update. Please contact Fastway or Australia Post for any inquiries about your order, as once your order leaves our online store, it is in the hands of Fastway Courier or Australia Post. Any dispute over its delivery must be taken up directly between the addressee and Fastway Courier or Australia Post.
If an item is faulty please let us know and we will arrange to have it replaced, however, we do not offer returns for change of mind. So, please make sure you have checked the item details fully or contact us to clarify something prior to purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase you may return the item at your own cost within 3 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a store credit. Returned items must be in its original packaging and in original condition in order to receive a store credit. If you would like to return your items, please email us prior to returning at email@example.com and we will give you instructions on how to return the item. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items or back-ordered items.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you, or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will (at our discretion) either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items. We ask that you take a quick picture of the damaged item and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This way we can make every effort to prevent it happening again.
If a package is returned to us marked undeliverables, we will contact you to organize re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.
