- All orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier Company which may take up to 7 business days depending on your location in Australia.
- Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $50.
- Cost to ship orders valued below $50 is $9.95
- Shipping of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
- Orders will be delivered within 3-7 days after processing.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
- If your order is a gift, please specify clearly under instructions so only packing slip included in your shipping outlining the items and shipping information, but no prices are listed.
- If your order is not a gift, there be an invoice with prices in the order.

- All orders are sent via Australia Post and Courier Company to send parcels to the rest of the world. Our shopping cart is not setup to reflect international shipping costs at this stage. Please contact us at email@example.com for international shipping cost.

- We want you to be 100% happy with our products. If for any reason any items are not satisfactory, return them in original condition with packaging and order confirmation, within seven (7) days of purchase for an exchange, or full refund of purchase price. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE OFFERED FOR SALE ITEMS OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
- We accept NO responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue an exchange or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.
- If you would like to return your items, please email us prior to returning at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We understand mistakes does happen. We are happy to make shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order on business days between 9am-5pm AEST. We are unable to change shipping address after 30 minutes of placing your order.
- We are unable to change your order items once it’s been placed. If by any chance, you ordered the wrong product and your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you so you can place new order.
- Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will (at our discretion) either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items. We ask that you take a quick picture of the damaged item and email to us at email@example.com. This way we can make every effort to prevent it happening again.
- If a package is returned to us marked undeliverables, we will contact you to organize re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.
